These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Offer. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Offer. By accessing or using the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the Offer.

1. Eligibility

The Offer is available only to new clients of Republic Digital Consultancy.

2. Offer Details

The Offer consists of the following benefits (collectively, the “Benefits”):

• Free R30,000 Digital Growth Strategy
• Guaranteed Results or Plant a Forest initiative
• Free Social Media Management (for one month)
• Free 4-hour Corporate Company Photoshoot (included in 9-month retainer)

3. Qualification for Benefits

The Benefits are contingent upon your execution of a separate 9-month marketing retainer agreement (“Agreement”) for one of Our pre-defined marketing packages.

4. Specific Benefit Details

• Free Digital Growth Strategy: You will receive a customized digital growth strategy based on data analysis, free of charge.
• Guaranteed Results or Plant a Forest: If you sign the Agreement and We fail to meet the agreed-upon goals within the specified timeframe outlined in the Agreement, We will donate R10,000 to plant trees in a South African conservation effort in your company’s name.
• Free Social Media Management: You will receive one free month of social media management services, including content creation and engagement strategies, as outlined in your chosen marketing package.
• Free 4-hour Corporate Company Photoshoot:
  • This photoshoot is a one-time service and cannot be exchanged for other services.
  • Scheduling will be mutually agreed upon.
  • You are responsible for providing reasonable access and location for the photoshoot.
  • We will provide a photographer and basic lighting equipment.

5. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any portion of the Agreement or included Benefits.

6. Additional Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this Offer at any time.
• The specific goals, timeframe, and details of the Free Social Media Management will be outlined in your chosen marketing package..
• Eligibility for the Guaranteed Results or Plant a Forest initiative is contingent upon achieving the specific goals outlined in your Agreement within the agreed-upon timeframe.

7. Disclaimer

We guarantee Our best effort to achieve the agreed-upon goals within the timeframe outlined in the Agreement. However, We cannot guarantee specific results as online marketing is influenced by various external factors.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws of South Africa.
